Formed in April, 2008, Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. performs only one service: implementing and supporting Sage MAS 90 ERP and Sage MAS 200 ERP systems in small and mid-sized businesses in Southern New England.

Meet the Staff
Mark Semmelrock
President
Mark is the founder and sole shareholder of Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. Over his 30+ year career, he has worked in commercial banking, consulting, construction, real estate and public accounting firms in many management level positions. Immediately before forming Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. in April, 2008, Mark had been a Director, then Principal at a larger CT based CPA and accounting firm for over a decade.
He was first certified on the Sage MAS 90 product (now the Sage ERP 100 family of products) in 1990, and has since implemented that and related software in hundreds of companies in a wide variety of industries. He has since gained full certifications on nearly every product in that family, and has added certifications on the Sage FAS Fixed Assets and Sage CRM products as well.
Mark graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1980, and has completed many post-graduate studies. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999, and is an active member of the Connecticut Society of CPA’s as a Fellow. He has served on many different CSCPA, Sage Software and non-profit committees, and has been recognized for these efforts with a variety of awards and certificates over the years. He has taught ERP systems at the University of Connecticut at the undergraduate level, and in the Graduate School at the University of Bridgeport. His hobbies include travel , following UConn sports, and golf, and he is an active member at Chipannee Country Club in Bristol, CT. He and his wife Brenda reside in Southington, CT, and their one son, Matthew, lives in New York City.

Therese Kelly
Client Account Manager
Therese Kelly is our Client Account Manager and a certified Sage CRM consultant for Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. Before joining RFSI in 2009, she worked as a Customer Account Representative, Collection Specialist and a Financial Assistant in a major accounting firm in West Hartford, CT for 15 years.
She has worked with the Sage MAS 90 products since 1997. Today she fields all support calls for all products supported by RFSI. Her main focus now is integrating Sage CRM with Sage 100 ERP (formerly Sage MAS 90 & 200), and supporting CRM customers. She is pursuing her Sage 100 ERP certifications.
Therese received her Executive Secretarial certificate in 1985. She has completed many courses from Hartford College for Women and Tunxis Community College. She finds happiness when she is in her gardens or gets the time to travel. She and her husband Kerry reside in Southington, CT, and have 4 children between them.

Arun Dongre
Senior Consultant
Arun is a Senior Consultant with Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. He has worked with Sage MAS 90 ERP (now the Sage ERP 100 family of products) product for over 17 years. Before joining Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. he worked with these products for various Sage Partners and independent resellers.
He has several certifications from Sage MAS 90 ERP product line. He has implemented and supported Sage MAS 90 ERP at hundreds client sites. He also implemented auxiliary systems such as MS Access database, FRx and F9, to augment the usefulness of Sage MAS 90 ERP product. Arun has done numerous customizations to help end users in their daily work and designed reports in Crystal Report Writer.
After finishing B.Sc. in Mathematic major and Physics minor, Arun joined Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kharagpur (WB), India. He graduated from IIT with B. Tech. (Hons) in Naval Architecture in 1963. After working for 2 years in a shipyard as a Naval Architect he attended University of California at Berkeley, CA. Completing his graduate studies in Naval Architecture and worked in the Ship Design and Construction field for 10 years. Changing career paths in 1976, he was a partner in a software company which helped design end-user oriented databases. Later he joined Trumbull, CT firm where he was responsible for implementation of accounting software like RealWorld, SBT and MAS 90/200. He is also experienced in network installation.
Arun and his wife Mangala have one daughter and three sons and four grandchildren. His hobbies are music – jazz and Indian classical and reading, especially non-fiction and old mysteries.

Ronald Tsang
Marketing Administrator
Ronald Tsang is our Marketing Representative for Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. He focuses on social media initiatives within Sage business software. He provides search engine optimization (SEO) solutions and promotes company awareness throughout the internet. He has established himself as a pioneer in promoting Sage Software and has become a notable member in the local business software community.
Ronald is currently a Central Connecticut State University undergraduate; he is part of the spring class of 2012. He will be receiving his BA in Psychology with marketing minor. He provides cognitive and behavioral insight in his role. Ronald has over 6 years of experience with social media content which include Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Linkedin and other various social sites. He is responsible for managing Realized Financial Solutions, Inc. web content, blog and provides marketing solutions for the company.
Ron's hobbies including playing classical and electric guitar. He is an avid fan of the New England Patriots and NY Knicks. Ron lives in West Hartford, CT and has one older brother.

Dan Novotney
Senior Consultant
Dan Novotney is our newest Senior Consultant with Realized Financial Solutions Inc. Before joining RFSI in 2012, he worked as a Financial Controller, a Project Manager and a Software Implementation Specialist over the last 13 years. Dan will be responsible for maintaining current client relationships, providing technical support, installation of new Sage ERP software and implementation of upgrades.
Dan graduated from Western New England College in 1996 with a BS in Accounting. He received his MS in Computer Information Systems in 2003 from the University of Phoenix. Dan currently lives in East Granby, CT. His hobbies include traveling, exploring, reading, gaming and spending time with friends & family. He is an avid fan of the Boston Bruins and the Atlanta Falcons.
