New System Implementations

Implementing new ERP software can be risky and expensive. You need to have a positive Return on Investment (ROI) beginning day one, or you shouldn’t invest in a new system.

Once the ROI is established, and Sage MAS 90 or MAS 200 ERP software is selected, RFSI’s experienced professionals will work closely with you to:

• Develop a customized and detailed Implementation program, unique to your organization, your system and your people.
• Develop critical path timelines and establish clear responsibilities to ensure success against your plan.
• Establish a data migration or initial data entry plan.
• Tailor training schedules that will coincide with your “go live” plan that will be time and cost effective.
• Determine what customizations, custom forms and custom reports you’ll need and work with your people to accomplish these tasks.
• Document your install and your unique business processes, or assist your people with this critical function
• Provide live on-site assistance during the entire implementation process through your first closing cycles
