Need a financial technology partner?

Any system will require support from time to time, and Sage 100 is no exception. RFSI provides complete support services via telephone, email and/ or remote connection using Citrix GoToAssist, a permission-granted only web-based tool allowing us access to your system.

RFSI can support your system at either competitive time and materials rates on a per-incident basis, or under our comprehensive prepaid Service Level Agreements. We offer coverage during regular business hours, and special arrangements can be made to provide for coverage outside of normal business hours. We have unlimited access to all of Sage’s support resources, which includes personal relationships with many Sage support analysts and product specialists, including the Senior architect and Director of Development for Sage 100 products.
